Nokukhanya Memela - Founder, Chairperson

Khanya is an article clerk trainee in the advisory sector. She has a Bachelor in Accounting Science and a Post Graduate Diploma in Accountancy from the University of the Witwatersrand. Her passion for social development and change ensued from a young age where she had been made to see and experience the vast social and economic disparities amongst those within her family and community at large.

Khanyisa Dube - Mathematics Director

Khanyisa Dube

Khanyisa Dube is a market risk quantitative analyst in the financial sector in South Africa, and has been working in the quantitative space since 2011. Growing up in a disadvantaged village in the Eastern Cape taught her that hard work and dedication can take you far in life. She has a Masters degree in Mathematical Statistics.

Nhlakanipho Madonsela is a civil engineering technician, in the water sector in South Africa, and has been working in this field since 2013. This vibrant individual has a particular interest in giving back through educational programs, having started offering tutoring service in his final years in University.

Thokozani Memela - Information Technology Director

Thokozani Memela

Thokozani Memela graduated from the University of Johannesburg with a BSc in Computer Science and Informatics and has an innate passion for empowering fellow South Africans to solve African problems using technology. He has used his skills to solve local problems using technology such as with his taxi transport application called Phambili.

Mihandzu is dependant on passionate and committed volunteer tutors who assist operations by conducting tutorials and the distributing of food. Our tutors are sourced from all walks of life providing our learners with an array of backgrounds to learn from
